I was a bit unhappy with the first parcel I ordered , but taking contact with them they acted urgently and had my second delivery on the door within the day has passed. There are room for mistakes, and DUOS definitely sorted them out. I will definitely order from them again, there can always be bumps in road but credit to DUOS
